Your Rights, Our Rules, Clearly Stated

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "sx6s" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at sx6s.biz, operated by its licensed corporate entity under an international gaming license.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual on the sx6s platform following successful identity verification.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds, credited bonus amounts, and/or net winnings held within a player's sx6s Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, or matched deposit credit awarded to a player by sx6s under a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means actual monetary deposits made by a player to their sx6s Account via supported payment methods, excluding any Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a specified bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Platform" means the sx6s website, all associated pages, gaming interfaces, payment systems, and support channels.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary operating currency of the sx6s platform.

By accessing the sx6s platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity offered by sx6s, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and sx6s.

If you are accessing sx6s on behalf of a third party or business entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and your acceptance constitutes acceptance by that entity. sx6s reserves the right to verify this authority at any time.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on sx6s, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local statute or where access to sx6s has been restricted.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of sx6s or its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from sx6s or have an existing Account that was closed for Terms violations.
• You must not be under any form of self-exclusion agreement or gambling restriction order issued by any regulatory body.

sx6s reserves the right to request documentary proof of any of the above eligibility criteria at any stage of your account lifecycle, including upon registration, during account review, or prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on sx6s. The existence of duplicate Accounts, whether identified at registration or at any subsequent point, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In the event duplicate Accounts are detected, sx6s reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated Accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided during registration and throughout the life of your Account. You must promptly notify sx6s of any changes to your registered details, including your mobile number, email address, or payment method information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sx6s login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. sx6s shall bear no liability for losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain credential security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account.

sx6s accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT TRC20, and SadaPay. Supported payment methods are subject to change at any time at sx6s's discretion, and players will be notified of any material changes through the platform.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. There is no platform fee charged by sx6s on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which sx6s accepts no responsibility. Deposit credits are applied to your Real Money Balance upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider, typically within sixty (60) seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions.

All funds deposited to sx6s must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or using a payment method registered to a third party, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sx6s reserves the right to implement additional source-of-funds verification requirements in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods that match the name on your verified sx6s Account. sx6s does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing times are displayed on the Withdrawal page within your Account dashboard.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, sx6s may require completion of full Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification, confirmation that all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied, confirmation that the withdrawal amount does not include locked or ineligible Bonus Funds, and confirmation that the Account is in good standing with no active investigations or holds.

Withdrawal processing times are indicative only and may vary based on payment method, transaction volume, and the outcome of any required verification checks. sx6s targets withdrawal processing within thirty (30) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa during normal operating hours, though this cannot be guaranteed. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.

sx6s may offer various promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which supplement and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all sx6s promotions:

• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Expired bonus balances are automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
• Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward Wagering Requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• sx6s reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Promotions are available to registered players aged 21 and above only. Promotional eligibility is determined at sx6s's sole discretion.

All casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets and other gaming products available on sx6s are governed by the specific rules published within each game or product interface. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms, the game-specific rule shall prevail for matters directly related to game outcomes and payouts. For all other matters, these Terms shall take precedence.

sx6s uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all virtual casino games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated through professional studio environments with verifiable outcomes recorded on our systems. All game outcomes are final upon settlement by the system, except in cases of a provable technical fault.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game session, sx6s reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the relevant stakes to the player's Account. sx6s shall not be liable for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Bet settlements that display in error are subject to correction upon review, and any incorrectly credited winnings may be reclaimed by sx6s.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sx6s platform and will result in Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets or gain any advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain, whether intentionally or repeatedly after discovery.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to influence game outcomes or circumvent fair play mechanisms.
• Registering or using an Account with false identity information, including misrepresentation of age, name or payment method ownership.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or use of sx6s for the movement of proceeds of crime.
• Using the platform for any activity that violates applicable law or regulation in any jurisdiction.
• Engaging in any form of threatening, abusive, offensive or harassing conduct toward sx6s staff or other players.
• Attempting to access, tamper with or reverse-engineer any element of the sx6s platform, including its source code, APIs or security infrastructure.

sx6s is firmly committed to responsible gaming principles. We recognise that gambling can become harmful and we provide the following tools accessible directly within your Account dashboard to support player wellbeing:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit caps that activate immediately upon configuration.
• Session Time Limits: Define maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic in-session notifications displaying your session duration and net position.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the sx6s platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Pause your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) without permanent exclusion.

All content on the sx6s platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, interface design elements, promotional materials and data compilations, is owned by or licensed to sx6s and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, broadcast, or publicly display any portion of the sx6s platform or its content without the express prior written consent of sx6s. Any unauthorised use of sx6s intellectual property will constitute a violation of these Terms and may give rise to legal claims.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sx6s, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other pecuniary or non-pecuniary losses, even if sx6s has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

sx6s does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, sx6s's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

sx6s's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your sx6s Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, processing, storage and use of your personal data by sx6s is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the sx6s Privacy Policy in its entirety. We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is handled.

sx6s processes personal data for the following primary purposes: account registration and maintenance, identity verification and KYC compliance, payment processing and fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, regulatory reporting, and platform improvement. Personal data is processed on the basis of contractual necessity, legal obligation, and legitimate interest, as applicable to each processing purpose.

You may close your sx6s Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure at your request, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of any bonus or ineligible amounts) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any required verification procedures.

sx6s reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice in cases including, but not limited to: violation of any provision of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering activity, failure to complete required identity verification, regulatory requirement or instruction from a licensing authority, or determination that continued operation of the Account poses risk to other players or the platform.

In the event of Account closure by sx6s for cause, any balances associated with bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or Terms violations may be forfeited in their entirety. sx6s will communicate the basis for any Account closure via your registered contact details within a reasonable timeframe following the closure decision.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sx6s holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as determined by sx6s.

Prior to initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you are required to contact sx6s customer support and allow a minimum of thirty (30) days for the matter to be investigated and responded to. sx6s aims to resolve all disputes fairly, transparently and within a reasonable timeframe.

sx6s reserves the right to modify, update or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on the sx6s platform with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, where operationally practicable.

Your continued use of the sx6s platform after any amended Terms take effect constitutes your binding acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.
